01Safety and liability

The user is responsible for checking the product before use to confirm it suits the intended application, and assumes all responsibility for its proper use.

Damaged bur blocks, hygiene cassettes, or silicone plugs should be discarded immediately and replaced with new versions. Improper use of a bur block, hygiene cassette, or silicone plug can damage instrumentation or equipment, or cause injury.

In the event of negligence on the user's part, the manufacturer and distributor partially or completely decline liability for all resulting damages, specifically those resulting from non-adherence to our recommendations for use or warnings, or from inadvertent misuse by the user.

02Warranties

All warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

All incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, damage to other property, loss of use, or other commercial losses, are expressly disclaimed.

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, consequential and incidental damages cannot be excluded due to operation of law, those damages are expressly limited in amount to the purchase price of any defective products.

03Customization terms

All text customizations and logo applications are applied to the given products under a high-powered laser. These marks cannot be reversed.

DentPS is not responsible for errors added to any DentPS product unless order instructions were not followed by DentPS, its partners, or its employees.

By submitting a logo for application to DentPS products, the user guarantees, under penalty of law, that they own or have the express right to use that logo, trademark, or copy mark.

DentPS reserves the right to deny customizations, or to delay customizations, until it is satisfied that no infringements have been made.
