One complete laboratory kit to contour, shape, and polish lithium disilicate to a true ceramic luster — without the micro-fractures. Three HSC diamonds, two Turbo HSC polishers, and two dedicated discs, sequenced as a single finishing protocol.

The Protocol

Polish.
Lithium disilicate fails when finishing introduces heat or micro-fractures. The HSC Edge is sequenced so each instrument leaves the right surface for the next — coarser grits never chase finer grits.
Contour
HSC diamonds establish external anatomy and marginal precision on green-state and pressed lithium disilicate — controlled reduction, reduced chatter.
Shape
The mini diamond disc separates and refines interproximal contours on CAD/CAM HSC restorations; the coarse sintered disc trims high-strength ceramic blocks.
Polish
Turbo HSC flexible polishers take the surface from pre-polish to a stable, stain-resistant ceramic luster — first mauve (medium), then grey for high-gloss.

Every instrument is tuned to the same finishing sequence — so every restoration leaves the lab finished to the same standard.

Parallel Double-Striped Medium Chamfer
Controlled reduction with reduced chatter. The double-stripe medium grit balances stock removal against surface quality for pressed and CAD/CAM lithium disilicate.

Standard Parallel Chamfer — HP Shank
The reference chamfer bur on an HP shank. Run in sequence with the double-striped medium chamfer to define margins and axial walls before pressing high-strength ceramics.

Tapered Double-Striped Medium Chamfer
Tapered access for occlusal and interproximal contouring where a parallel bur cannot reach.
Flexible Polisher — Medium (Mauve)
The pre-polish stage. Removes diamond striations and brings the surface to a uniform satin finish before high-gloss.
Flexible Polisher — Grey
The high-gloss stage. Delivers the final ceramic luster without paste — compatible with lithium disilicate and zirconia.
Separation & Contouring Disc
Ultra-thin, for precise separation and contouring of CAD/CAM HSC restorations at the contact and the margin.
High-Strength Ceramic Trimming Disc
Aggressive stock removal — slices through and trims high-strength ceramics (zirconia, lithium disilicate) where diamond grit would load or glaze.
Bur Block Layout
3 ROWS × 7 HOLES · 21 SLOTSThe kit block is drilled for 21 friction-locked holes across three rows — back (1–7), middle (8–14), and front (15–21). Each instrument seats in its dedicated slot, so the finishing sequence is always one reach away.
